Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
